Kent Film, Food and Music Festivals are actively seeking enthusiastic food and festival traders to join us for the exciting 2027 events season. Following a triumphant year where we sold out and had to turn people away at the gates, we've made the decision to expand our venue capacity and licensing across multiple picturesque locations throughout Kent.

Trader & Vender Application

We are thrilled to welcome you to the Kent Film, Food & Music Festivals Event operational trading hours will be from Midday to 21:30. 

To ensure a great variety of stalls, as well as fairness for all traders, we will be limiting vendors to one of each type of product or service. For example, there will only be one burger van rather than multiple. Pitches will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Full stall payment will be required to confirm your pitch. - Full refunds will be given if the event is stood down.

In addition, all traders are required to fully complete the application form and upload the necessary documents. If you are unable to provide any of the required information.
