Where do I get tickets?

Can I buy tickets at the event?

You certainly can! However, purchasing tickets online is cheaper. If you buy your tickets in advance, they cost £8.50 per person, whereas tickets bought at the gate will be £10.00 per person.

Please be aware that tickets will only be available for purchase at the event gate if there are any remaining in stock. Please note that all ticket sales are subject to capacity limits due to licensing regulations.

Can I bring my own food & drinks?

Regrettably, no. We have partnered with top-notch yet affordable friendly food and beverage suppliers to guarantee a comprehensive selection at the event.

Any food and drinks brought to the event will be securely confiscated upon entry.

How do I make a complaint?

Your feedback is important to us, whether it's positive or negative. Please reach out to us at hello@makeitpersonalevents.co.uk for any non-urgent matters. We will respond as quickly as possible. 

If you have urgent concerns or noise complaints, please contact us at 0330 043 5378 (opt 4). This number will be active on the day of the event. If you need any support at the event, please speak to any of our friendly event staff. They're available at all entrances, or request via security or medical staff.
Do you provide chairs?

To enhance your comfort and reduce overcrowding, we strongly recommend bringing your own blanket or camp chair! Please note that there will be no seating available at the festival.
Are there toilet facilities on site?

Absolutely! We have ensured that there are plenty of toilets available on-site for both attendees and staff. In addition, accessible toilets will also be provided to accommodate everyone.
